FAQs
Who can play?
We're an adult team open to women, non-binary and trans people who are 18+. We have a broad mix of ages, and experience levels. Some people have never played before, others had a long break, or not.The main thing is that everyone is welcome.
What sort of sessions can I join?
At the moment we have a mixed ability training session (beginners and intermediate) on Saturday mornings at 11am on Weavers Fields. We also play regularly in 5 and 7-a-side leagues. There are plans for more training sessions and league football as the club grows.
What kit should I wear to training?
The beauty of football is that you can pretty much wear anything you feel comfortable in, it really doesn't matter. An old T-shirt and shorts will be fine, or you can go 'full-kit-w*nker'... totally up to you!On Saturdays, we play on grass, so when it's wet we suggest wearing boots with molded studs. In the summer, when it's been dry and the ground is hard, Astro trainers will be a better option. If you need any advice about buying kit please just ask, we're more than happy to help!
Where do you play?
We’re based at Weavers Fields which is between Whitechapel, Globe Town, and Bethnal Green.Find us here ➞
